He didn't answer. I think the koshirae is made from parts he found. The Tsuba could be nice. The saya parts are good too. 

And the tsuka has some nice fittings. The habaki did not fit. 

 

Could it be that the blade is one of the stainless steel blade. The smith made often kai gunto blades. There is no rust on the nakago.

The mei looks very fine but without star stamp?

Condition condition condition in storing keeps nakagos from rusting. i dont see a put together but may be wrong, still no answer, but MLK day in USA.
