Help Translating Mei

I concede I am no where near ready to attempt a translation. I am looking at purchasing a Naval blade and was hoping for some help. Thanks for your time, Chris B

The last two characters of the mei are 景光 Kagemitsu, I think, i.e. the name of the smith - the three characters above that elude me. The characters in red lacquer look like 一五八, 158.

squinting at it a bit looks like maybe 日比野景光 / Hibino Kagemitsu

I was just referring to Guido’s post above. That he couldn’t discern what the top three characters were. Like i said, i have no idea what I’m doing. I thought I’ve read that the province is in the first few characters but I could be way off. Chris

probably name in a short MEI. A long MEI may contain province, title, and family/clan name. Other side of the NAKAGO will show the date.
