Oei Bizen Hira-Zukure Ko-Wakizashi?

Will have this in a few days. Seller stated he can make out bishu osafune and oei ni ju. Any red flags against oei bizen from the “crappy” pics?

 

I will update with measurements and better pics when it is received.

I can only make out 木 (ki). I can't see anything resembling Bishu Osafune

 

"Oei ni ju" wouldn't make any sense. Bishu Osafune Ju, with some variation, would make sense, but not Oei ni Ju.

 

Oei as an era name (応永) would make sense, but it wouldn't be followed by "ni ju".

Actually it would say for instance, oei ni ju nen hachi gatsu hi. The nengo side is slightly visible via the pics but the mei side is not.

Ahh, that makes much more sense. What I attributed to 木 could well be the 永 of Oei. 

I see the hint of something on the other side; something right under the mekugi-ana, but I can't make it out.

The second mekugi ana was punched (drilled) through the first character of the nengo. Could be well "Oei" IMHO.
