Minatogawa Book

I am after a copy (or good reproduction if allowed) of HERMAN WALLINGA'S book, Gendaito Made At The Minatogawa Shrine. I can't seem to find any for sale on any usual book site. I tried the normally reliable Grey Doffin, but no success. Your help would be appreciated. Neil.

Steves post brought me to do a image search, i was looking for the blue cover one, i remember now JSS/US did a slick cover one, so new hope for tomorrow, not now tho me Yankees are winning!!

What did i tell ya, between inning commercials, i went and looked for the JJJUS and found  the blue Wallings, coffee stained blue cover. Yours for the price of shipping and whatever you want to put on top, no need if you dont want too. PM me address and ill see what a flat rate envelope cost.
