Could it be "Yoshimichi"? And are we sure this is a "Daimyo"? It reminds me of a Sumo umpire,. A late Edo sumo-sans guard?

Photos too blurry to see the Mei properly. Nice focus on his nose, though.

 

PS If you edit the photo in your camera, Bruno, even very slightly, and then push 'Done', this will prevent the photo from turning on its side when you post it.

I couldn't be Shoki could it?

 

That was my first thought, too, although he's usually depicted with a Chinese jiàn instead of a Japanese tachi.

I hope this picture will be of better quality for identifying the last kanji. Any way, I tend to consider this tsuba more a Daimyo representation rather than shoki or any Sumo.
