Hokusai Woodblock Print - Rats Theme

Hello,

I mybe have woodblock print made by famous Hokusai Katshushika. I kindly ask for help with translation of printed kanji in the frame.

Theme are rats working as humans.. Dimension of print is 17,5×24,5cm /joined togethet 2 prints.

Thank you for help with kanji or some more info about this type of print.

That is the name of the print isn't it? An Old Village Story of Home or some such. John

So this Kanjis are title of the picture?

The title is 家久連里 kakuresato (written from right to left in the print).  And from here on, Google is your friend .

Thank you very much Guido, Hokusai printed signature was probably cut off, do the framing in the past... I find this particular print on Google in original print book (signature probably on right side)..
