I guess it is Hidenobu:

HIDENOBU (秀宣), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Gifu – “Hidenobu” (秀宣), real name Noguchi Satarō (野口佐太郎), born October 16th 1910, he worked as a guntō smith
