Maybe this has been covered and my search was not correct to ferret it out.

 

It would seem the registration numbers on the top left/right would be easy to enter into a database that could be searched. Now I don't think full blade pictures nor mei pictures would need be stored, but a date issued, sword description, etc would be a nice tool.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one, unless your post is really relevant and adds to the topic..
