hybridfiat Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 I realise I am only a novice here but I would like to make a suggestion. Would it be practical to have a library of images of nihonto owned by members. Would it lead to unwanted solicitation? I belong to a couple of sports car sites and we post pictures of our cars all the time. Plus one site has a register of owners with pics and descriptions. I find the other cars inspirational and the pics motivate me to spend more time on mine. The library could be anonymous but with as full a description as possible. It would be an incredible resource. I humbly submit this suggestion Quote
Brian Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 I'm working on a NMB photo gallery, and also a reference library of photos too. All takes time, but it is on the cards. Brian Quote

I humbly submit this suggestion I know Toyota makes several hybrids, as do Honda, but,,, is there a Fiat hybrid, hybridfiat?...and is that one of the car forums that you belong to? Just asking as I spend 70% of my time on sports car forums! Quote
hybridfiat Posted February 22, 2008 Author Report Posted February 22, 2008 It is a Fiat X1.9 1982 with a Toyota Starlet Turbo 1.3l 16 valve turbocharged intercooled motor (118hp at the back wheels). A real hybrid. Quote
Bugyotsuji Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 Thanks, Steveï¼It sounds as though you have the right mixture of hands on mechanics and driving! Oh, and yes, I agree about the library idea. (An awful weight to organize, though, I should imagine, as it could overload. ) Quote
