we discussed this few years back i think i caught Hidekuni on the rewatch

Love how it was just handed over for inspection without at least some basic cautionary speech like "don't touch the blade and try to see how sharp it is" and "don't lick it" etc. The TV guy thought $2500 was steep lol. I saw that episode when it originally aired, back when I still had a TV.

I loved the barehanded grab of the blade while removing the tsuka. The guy owned the sword for over 20 years and he still didn't know how to handle a sword.

I don't remember the exact sword price but i think it was about $3500.

Don't you find that whenever the media cover something that you are knowledgeable about you find yourself wincing at the inaccuracies?
