first (at least) two kanji are missing in your pictures. The remaining part might be "...ju..?..Yoshi(kane?)"

YOSHIKANE (義兼), Bunpō (文保, 1317-1319), Bizen – “Bishū Osafune-jū Yoshikane” (備州長船住義兼), jūka-chōji
YOSHIKANE (義兼), Meitoku (明徳, 1390-1394), Bizen – “Bishū Osafune Yoshikane” (備州長船義兼), student of son of Yoshikage (義景), gunome mixed with ko-chōji, gunome-midare, ryō-wazamono
YOSHIKANE (義兼), Keiō (慶応, 1865-1868), Kōzuke – “Gōshū-jū Unryūshi Yoshikane saku” (江州住雲龍子 義兼作), “Kōzuke Nitta-Kasakake ni oite Unryūshi Yoshikane kore o saku” (上毛於新田笠懸雲龍子義兼作之), he came originally from Komatsu (小松) in Kaga province but moved later to Ōmi and later due to an invitation of Kunisada Chūji´s (国定忠治, 1810-1851) wife Otama (お玉) to Kōzuke province, Kunisada Chūji was a kind of Japanese Robin Hood and gambler, Yoshikane is also listed under the name Komatsu Gorō (小松五郎), he used the gō Unryūshi (雲龍子), the jigane is an itame mixed with masame, the hamon is a gunome with slightly pointed yakigashira

It looks older, but that could strictly be due to climate and the last 70 years of care or lack thereof or artificially aged. There are plenty of showa examples that look similar. Either way, in my opinion, that's the mei.
