blade is signed "石見国住善清作" “Iwami no Kuni-jū Yoshikiyo saku".

From Markus book:

YOSHIKIYO (善清), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Shimane – “Iwami no Kuni-jū Yashige Yoshikiyo saku” (石見国住弥重善清作), real name Yashige Saikichi (弥重才吉, family name might also read Yajū or Yae), born July 18th 1894, he studied under the 1st gen. Kawashima Tadayoshi (川島忠善), jōkō no retsu (Akihide), Fourth Seat at the 6th Shinsaku Nihontō Denrankai (新作日本刀展覧会, 1941) (see picture right)
