Generals Court Sword?

Gentlemen

I was told the tortoise shell handle would indicate

a general's sword.

I've looked on internet and can not find much info on this type of sword .

Looks like diplomatic sword too! 

Any info would be appreciated , or directions to a site or publication that would educate me

Generals swords require a silver star on the folding guard and a dragon fly on the pommel

I'm afraid my nephew is reading my reference books, or I'd take a look. Can you get us some clear pics of the metal parts of the saya (scabbard)?

Its a high rank court sword. The high rank ,cus its got turtle shell grip.
