There is a Toppei koshirae for Katana on Aoi, not sure of mesurements. Good luck.

Unfortunately it has a Tokubetsu Juyo sword attached.

This one would have been perfect... But unfortunately I don't have the budget to buy  the Tokubetsu Juyo attached
