move them up?

was wondering if we could move these up or somewhere so when you go to this section one does not have scroll down to see a new thread or does it not bother anyone else?

Yep...the exclamation marks indicate they are stickys.

Actually..on the old forum under General Discussion, the stickys also took up the main screen and you had to scroll down

But I can move them to announcements so that they are clearly separated?

I'll also delete any old ones we don't need anymore to minimise them.
