Sorry, but I wasn't sure what school or style these Tsuba are considered.  One looks like Katchushi but I don't think it is? Both about 3" in diameter.  Thanks, Darius

Second one looks ito sukashi school to me. for the first one , no idea!

First one looks like Kumagi or even a bit like Jingo carving to me

Alan, yes it does look very much like a bland version of a Higo Kumagai that I looked up after your comment. You mention that for the first, but I think you meant second Tsuba with the sort of raised star right?. Thanks for your eyes on it. Regards , Darius

No I did mean the first tsuba and the second does have that Higo bobbin design but they don't usually have a dote mimi like that one.

Gunome, thank you for the help. The sukashi on the second tsuba (star pattern) are fairly thin. I will look into those schools further. Appreciate it. Regards, Darius
