Bingo kuni ju (tanioka) yasutsugu.....????

 

kanji 5 and 6 are many combinations.... Moriama san or Morita san will probably have a better idea.... 7 and 8 I think YASUTSUGU.... but not sure... again combinations, #7 can also be TAI....

 

The stamp looks like kanji #7
