Last year I was welcomed by the ladies too.

And, by the way, Aoi proved to be the most gaijin friendly sword shop I visited :)

I think Mr. Ogura is the young gentlemen who does the photographs (among other things) - you don't see him in the shop often. The name of one of the new staff is Matsuzawa Kengo.

When i was contacting them on lower than listed offer Mr Ogura, was/is very helpful with fast counter offer, and accepted my counter back quickly. When i put to question on wanting help understanding why a Emura was being rated Saijyosaku, Tsuruta san answered back. 

So it depends on the subject i guess
