Higo-san Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 Dear all, I have decided to part with another two tosho tsuba and I would like to reoffer another small but yet very charming tanto tsuba. 1) Tsuba No. 1: (Kirikomi) Mokko-gata tosho tsuba This tsuba has a very interesting mokko gata form with a beautiful iron with a deep and rich patina. I bought this piece as "Ko Tosho" in Japan - however I doubt that this classification would be shared with the NBTHK shinsa. However, it is - for sure - an early tosho tsuba (could be Momoyama). The kozuka ana has been refilled to make the whole piece look ubu again. Size: 7.6 cm x 7.5 cm x 0.21 cm Price: SOLD (including PayPal) plus shipping costs 2) Tsuba No. 2: Maru-gata Mizutama (drops of water) tsuba Nice large tsuba with a quiet design of two drops of water. I bought this piece as an early tosho piece and I think that is exactly what it is. Again, the kozuka ana has been refilled to make the whole piece look ubu again. Size: 8.1 cm x 8.1 cm x 0.27 cm Price: USD 380.00 (including PayPal) plus shipping costs 3) Tsuba No. 3: Small tanto tsuba Last but not least comes a small tanto tsuba with beautiful gold zogan showing a wheel and water plants. Size: 5.3 cm x 3.5 cm x 0.45 cm Price: USD 110.00 (including PayPal) plus shipping costs Shipping costs are: Germany: USD 6.00 Europe: USD 11.00 Wordlwide: USD 19.00 Best, Chris
