Did a morning exercise   on translating to keep the brain cells firing, I cant for the life of me remember or find the the third kanji before Naga, please put me out of my me missouri

Bishū Fukunaga Ichi (or Kazu) something

 

Not sure what to make of the last one. It looks like a kanji was started, and then the writer gave up mid-way.

Found a Kazuichi ...no match for the rest, perhaps its not naga but Ei,

Hm, might be Bishû Fukunaga Kazutaka (尾州福永一上)?

 

But the only Kazutaka I have with these kanji is probably not our man:

 

Kazutaka (一上), Genji (元治, 1864-1865), Settsu – “Kazutaka” (一上), “Gyokuryūshi Kazutaka” (玉龍子一上), “Naniwa-jū Gyokuryūshi Kazutaka” (浪花住玉龍子一上)
