Yamakichibei, generation inconclusive - needs more study but either Meijin Shodai or early Nidai. 

Nademaru gata, Nata and Chrysanthemum sukashi, 7.3 x 7.0cm, Momoyama.

A friend bought this since it was way too expensive for me!  But I directed him to it after I looked at it..  The surface is wild.
