Hi guys

I am looking for a matching tsuba to this one? It would be for a wakizashi

Preferably Goto with dragon cloud/waves

Does anyone have one that you are willing to part with?

Thanks for any help

Gordon

Ive some nice daisho with matching tsuba apart from shape. If the theme and or s hool match i think mokko is ok with round tsuba. If you had one that was the same apart from shape it may be an option. My preferred tsuba shape is mokko, i like the one in Stephens link. Will keep an eye out.

Thanks. L it doesn't have to be round I think... But would love for it to be wakizashi size and have similar look and feel. It is going on a nice kinmichi yushuto blade

Full Daisho set. And existing tsuba that I hope to replace before says and tsuka are built

Very nice Daisho set of shakudo sukashi tsubas. Shakudo tsubas are usually a sign of a top grade maker as shakudo was once considered more expensive than gold. This set is deftly carved out of a solid plate showing the skill of the artist. The design is pierced all the way through and must have taken quite a while to carve these 2 tsuba. The Dragon and waves are accented by gold and silver .The tongue of the dragons is done in red copper. The design of the dragon among the waves is popular among the samurai. The power felt by the dragon swimming through the waves embodies the idea that the strong can endure anything in life. All in all a very nice set for a great Daisho mount, or for enjoyment on their own.
