After three months of being told I had metastatic cancer; 16 biopsies

and major surgery - it was all benign. Still have one more surgery

to go thru on Friday, then hopefully when I recover from that, I'll

be back in shape (for the shape I'm in :-)

Thanks all for your good wishes. Hope to be rejoining the

discussions soon.

Congratulations. What great news, I know you are relieved. That kind of stress must be overwhelming. Best of luck on your recovery, and please keep us updated. I know people say all the time that no one cares, but that is not true, I care. God Bless.

Good to hear -- just yesterday I was thinking about writing and asking if anyone had heard anything about how you were and -- here you are! I like ESP!

Get back on board ASAP! :D

Thanks guys. Good to be "almost" back :-)

Still best to contact me via the board's

private message system. Hopefully I'll

be able to check it periodically soon.

I haven't re-set my Yahoo mail yet.

I've missed talking and playing

with swords and tsuba :-)

Hi Rich,

best wishes for a quick recovery from Germany too.

Cancer in my opinion is one of the most "unnecessary" things we have to deal with (not to forget Hagire of course :D )

Keep your tail up!

Rich,

That is the best news I have heard in ages.

I have had many emails asking if I had heard anything. You have lots of friends and fans out there :)

Take it easy, get some well deserved rest, and keep us updated.

All the best to you.

Rich,

:welcome: back from France (and don't listen to Brian's lies, the best news he's got this week-end is South Africa rugby team being in Final of the world Champion's Cup   )

Welcome back to the real world. Last year I went through a positive diagnosis and subsequent treatment (with a happy outcome) so I know what you have been through. :D

Rich,

Glad to have you back. We lost Uchiko Jim this decade. No one else is allowed to leave the building any time soon.

Stay healthy and warm.
