Justin Grant Posted August 4, 2015 Report Posted August 4, 2015 Some are, other fiberglass. I bought one from the ebay vendor a few years ago that turned out to be made of newspaper and lacquer. The papers were Japanese from the same year I bought it. It was sold as OLD, 50-100 years. Right.... Quote
Stephen Posted August 4, 2015 Report Posted August 4, 2015 well the trees from where the paper came from were...geesh, hair splinter...LOL Quote
Bugyotsuji Posted August 5, 2015 Report Posted August 5, 2015 No.1 at Aoi Art he states he has no idea of the age, but with his iron jingasa he says "late Edo". Which would you choose? No.2 on eBay says it was made between 1900 and 1940. Quote
