Sorry, can't help on the mei, but the koshirae looks like Imperial Court wear. Nice patina on the nakago…..I always wonder why they drilled so many ana instead of making a new tsuka from scratch and using the old hole.

What you have appears from the photo to be a Kongobyoe Moriyoshi, from late Koto period, signed Minamoto Moriyoshi. Very interesting sword.

I did suspect it was kongobei school due to the sotaba-gata nakago, also the jigane reminded me a lot of a kongobei wakizashi I once owned.
