Mei Translation

I am not very keen to translate Japanese, so please help me with this nakago.

Hi Kurt,

The mei says (hard to read)  ??ta (or da) Ujifusa.

There was a Shinoda Ujifusa working at Seki in WWII...this may be him, but the first (one or two?) kanji are hard for me to read so I can't be sure.
