Hi Kurt,

The mei says (hard to read)  ??ta (or da) Ujifusa.

There was a Shinoda Ujifusa working at Seki in WWII...this may be him, but the first (one or two?) kanji are hard for me to read so I can't be sure.

I thank you for your fast reply, now I can recognise the name and will try to find some personal info on the smith.
