It's a real wakizashi. The fittings look quite nice. I think it is signed Mune something...Sada?  宗 完 Not sure of the last one.

Don't think it is a treasure, just a reasonable sword. Probably a Koto.

The habaki looks quite nice, it's just an unusual style but I've seen it a few times before.

Blade is forged but thats about the best of it as far as I can see. Not my choice as everything else is not good at all.
