Please, can anyone identify this Tsuba (school, maker)?

Material: Shakudo, Gold.

Size: 72mm x 70mm x 10.2mm

Weight: 181 gr.

Nice tsuba. Is the entire groundwork shakudo or just the rim? Usually these would be in iron with a shakudo mimi. Nicely done. No idea of school, but late Edo I suspect.

Thank you, Brian. The whole tsuba is made of a "Shakudō" material, including rim. Dragon is performed very minutely and impressively. You're right, the seller specified the period of production as a late Edo 1800-1849. But the manufacturer (school) of this tsuba is unknown for him, unfortunately.

It is beautiful and must be from an excellent smith - the "experts" should know and if not perhaps you have found a new master - the dragon is exquisite :clap:
