Yes, I am pretty embarassed to have missed it myself, but the 6th August was the first post besides my own on this new NMB (by Stephen) and therefore I would regard that as the 1st birthday of this forum.

Yep..1 year old, and a lot of lost hair :D

No big speech, just a big thanks to all you members for making this a success, and wishes for many more (without so much hair loss! )

Huge thanks also go out to Rich T and Rich S for beginning this huge venture that I hope to continue, and to Stephen for the constant assistance. Lots more of you out there, but you all know who you all are :)

Regards,

Brian

Happy Birthday. Thank you to everyone for keeping this forum such a great place to learn, and the admin ,past and present, as well as moderators for doing such a great job. If it weren't for this forum I probably never would have found my last purchase (very glad I did).

Well done and what a great 12 months. I'd light a candle but I have baked beans for lunch :-)

On a serious note, please remember we need to put Rich S at the top of the list as he was the original creator. My efforts were minimal and I just followed in th egreat mans footsteps.

I trust Rich is well and still reading quietly.

cheers

Happy birthday to all of you my friends around the world.

A special thought to Rich S., a standing ovation to Rich T., Brian, Stephen and all the pillar members (Koichi, Guido .....)

Tonight I shall celebrate this birthday with a special dinner :

Foie Gras and Sauternes

Lobster with scalopped foie gras, sauce porto and White Burgundy (Meursault)

Cheese

Home made Chocolate cake with Mas Amiel.

Exceptionnally, for this birthday, I join the Recette of the Lobster with foie gras (special Milt) :) :)
