Old Goto or kind of mino?

Hello gentlemen,

here is another one, it looks quite old from style and it also has some degree of wear to it..

should this be classified as simple goto or ko-mino or am i completly off the track?

Nice use of mixed metals, but I don't really see Goto, Waki Goto or Mino Goto in that.
