The name of the organization is Juho-Token-Kenkyukai (銃砲刀剣研究会). The leader of the group is Kobayashi Yukinobu (小林幸信) who seems to be a polisher. The group seems to be supported by a sword shop. The shop seems to be Musashiya (むさし屋).
