Help with a sayagaki

Hello - lucky me I am enjoying some vacation time at my cottage. I did not bring many sword resources with me and so I am asking for help. Someone asked me to translate this sayagaki. I see Kane in two place and the character for sword (To) at the bottom of the sayagaki. All help will be appreciated.
