sorry my bad. i have edited out my error Denis .. once again except my apologies.. I miss read what chris was saying.. sorry chris  , chalk it down as a novice brain fart.. thank you Matt,Brian,Nathan, Denis and chris and all others to come for taking the time out of your day to tune in and give such great compliments. I do know what you mean chris about the deep sori or (curvature of the blade), sorry i miss read what you were stating before  this is another feature about this blade i like, I have a hiromasa blade made eisho (1504) and it is very close to this blades curvature, . this blade caught my eye not only for the quality of the blade and mei art but also because as Brian put it stoutness and beefy, having only a 18 inch cutting edge its blade is 1/4 inches thick and 1 1/8th inches wide.. and keeps that through the blade! very cool for sure.
