just went to the sword museum again to see the new award winners. i cant be sure but there seems to be a french tsuba maker that won an award? if so would that be pretty rare?

Patrick, my remark was about English idioma. In English, nationality adjectives are written with a capital letter, eg: You are French and not french, a "French" tsuba maker and not a "french" tsuba maker :D
