The only Kamon I could find with crossed bars are Sumitate Kutsuwa, Kutsuwa Hishi & Niwa Chigai Ki, these are usually enclosed shapes, nothing with two open sides.

P.66 of Hawley-Chappelear "Mon" book shows a Ryugo (a part of a spinning wheel...probably a frame for reeling the thread). It is very similar to yours except laying horizontal (yours seems to be standing vertical).

I maybe totally wrong, but maybe...?

Hawley and Chappellear also show Suji-chigai Mon (crossed timbers) on page 95 so it might be a variation on this, but I agree that it also does look a bit like Ryugo; even though the top and bottom cross-bar do not clearly indicate Ryugo..

There is a Ryugo type called 立つ字 Ryugo which is also close.

Could this be Sugi-Chigai ( crossed timbers) of Niwa Nagahide as per Japanese Mon page 95?

I think the horizontal bars are a stylistic distraction.
