Help Translating WWII sword signature.

Need Help with some characters in Mei. I can't read all of it. I think it is Noshu Kane Nao but need help on the two characters above and below the character JU. Any assistance would be appreciated. Getting better at this, but not an expert by any means!

Hi,

 

this is from Markus´s book:

Kanenao (兼直), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Gifu – „Kanenao“ (兼直), civilian name „Ishihara Kanenao“ (石原金直), born May 25th 1908, he studied under Amachi Suzuichi (天地鈴市) and worked as guntō smith.
