Does anyone know why the NBTHK say Goto for some attributions, while other times they just say the name of the master. For example I have a futatokoromono and the paper just says Teijo, however I have noticed other fittings with Goto Teijo. Any reason for this?

I wouldn't read anything into it. It's probably more to do with the shinsa team or possibly younger vs. older papers. Writing 'Goto' before 'Teijo' really isn't necessary as their isn't another 'Teijo', or 'Kenjo' or 'Yujo' for that matter so anyone reading the paper 'should' already know this... 8)
