Greetings everyone,

 

Like last year at the San Francisco sword show, Mr. Ikeda, a well-known sword authority and polisher in Japan, will again be demonstrating polishing over the three day event. If you are interested in having a window opened up on a potential restoration project, please let me know and I'll put you on the list.

I should be interested to know about how much having a "window" polished would cost? I have a sword that I consider might be a good candidate for this treatment.

Great to hear this, Robert. How well I remember enjoying visiting with Ikeda san with Jimmy Hayashi and others down at the bar one evening. Fun times!!! So kind of you to arrange this perk for the show attendees.
