Has anyone bought from this seller before?

If so do you have a opinion on the sellers honesty in description, pricing, shipping time frame and over all experience? They have a couple items of interest.

I have bought many items from him over the last 18 months

He describes as it is and I'm fully happy with all my deals

I bought a Wakizashi from him that had a forging crease under the habaki

He offered a reduced price or I could return the item

Just bought the cloisonne daisho tsuba from him - I know they were quite new but still look good

I purchased a NBTHK Hozon papered tsuba from him. He is fine to deal with but many of this unpapered tosogu and nihonto don't meet my quality standards from my observation of many of this auctions on eBay. This is just my opinion.

Those 2 unpapered signed wakizashi appear gimei to me, especially that Yamato daijo Masanori one.
