Soshin Posted May 11, 2013 Report Posted May 11, 2013 Hi Everyone, Today there was a little bit of sun here in Maryland between thunder storms and I was able to take some good photos of a large NTHK Kanteisho papered Sanada Tenpo (佐那田天法) tsuba I had in my collection for a while. The Sanada Tenpo school was a branch off of the Saotome School during the mid Edo Period in Sagami Province. Feel free to discuss and enjoy... :D I have updated all of the photos for this tsuba on my website as the old photos didn't capture the wonderful patina of the iron. Here is a direct link to my write up and the additional photos: http://dastiles1.wix.com/reflections-#!edo_period_tsuba/c211q. Yours truly, David Stiles Quote
