Help with symbols

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me what the symbols on my sword mean? This is an officer's sword from WWII. I hope the picture is good enough for you to read.

Is Norimichi a maker or a factory in Japan?

seki stanp so factory made showato. Not 100% n Norimichi, Chris or George or others will give correct translation.

Well, I'm glad it is a Japanese blade but I'm disappointed it's not hand made. This is my first purchase and I'll do better next time, thanks to what I'm learning from you guys.
