Hi all,

 

I need help translate the horimono. I think it has to do with spring. signed "Noshu seiki ju Kanenobu saku". Let me know what it means.

I am very appreciated for your help and the others who read kanji. Your website is very nice too. I collected mostly Gendaito swords with military mount. I attracted to those type of swords. I also got one of the smith "Aki Kuni Takano Ju Ishibashi Izumo Daijo Minamoto Masamitsu". You have a kanata on your website and I got the boy sword.

 

Here are one more tanto I like to share with you. "Hideaki" and made in Feb taisho 7 years. I don't know the kanji of the owner.

Very nice. It is a mamori-gatana made for a women named Masako.....maybe for her wedding. Someone probably close to Hideaki, maybe a family member. Thank you very much for sharing...
