Dear John and Phillip

 

I agree Masanori.

I have a note that this signature style for Masanori is for the smith Noro Masanori

 

A Seki smith and might be Hawley's listing MAS 753

 

Date: Showa ju kyu nen ju ichi (might be ni) gatsu

So the 11th (or 12th) month of the 19th year of Showa.
