apology for the bad kenji writings but this is what i was able to copy down from a rusted out nakago today off a late 1944 era katana. If anyone could help me with the smith's name it would be greatly appreciated

I think a pic is the best way to go...2 holes are common after 1943 as the Type 3 mounts began then, in March I think...both types continued together until the end of the war.
