I just can't help wondering who wrote it?

Certainly, the pointed reference at the end to two Yasunori blades passing NBTHK Hozon in recent years seems very familiar.

Ouch!....... like Stephen said, I thought it best to "let sleeping dogs lie" but it looks like someone on the NMB had different ideas.
