I can say that the hamon is much more visible on one side than the other, and is consistent along the entire edge to the tip.
And the rest...
It looks to me like the habaki and shirasaya may not be original to the blade, unless I'm unaware of poor fitting after decades or centuries of being in storage. The geometry just seems a little off. It's in old polish and looks really nice in hand but tons of little scratches show up in the pics.
