    Thanks Florian I see a stylized bird on first picture, at 4 oclock, there is a little punched hole for the eye, it's just my visual interpretation :-)

    Hi, I'm looking for informations for my last months cheap eBay purchases (30€ for the cheaper to 50€): #1: iron openwork with clouds and birds, w:69mm * h:69mm * thickness:5.6mm, 61g (tagane mei?) #2: iron with flowers w:65mm * h:70mm * thickness:3.5mm, 75g #3: iron with sake or water jar, gold inlayed tsuba mei (chinese caracters?) w: 67mm * h:67mm * thickness:5.5mm, 95g Any help is appreciated.   7. Hi, it seems to be a mokume tsuba, am i wrong? (dimensions: width 65mm, height 70mm, thickness 4,5mm) it's look like another member tsuba http://www.militaria.co.za/nmb/topic/19492-tsuba-mei/ but the mei slightly differ (if someone can confirm and translate it, i will be gratefull )
