Hey guys, I have what looks to me like a Type 98 and I was wondering if it's a fake.
I've got no experience with Japanese swords and found this board while searching, so apologies if I go about things the wrong way.
I've tried to search for information online, but I don't really think I'm qualified enough to say. There doesn't seem to be any markings on the tang, but there's writing on the habaki, though I've no idea what it says. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
