Thank you so much! I tried to search online for any information about this person, but alas, I guess we'll only know they were from the Shimada region!

I recently purchased a cut down nihonto by Mark of the Chicago Sword Show (excellent experience! He's a great guy.) The nihonto does have a signature, and I'd love to know anything you guys can gleam! This is my first time buying a (hopefully real) antique nihonto, and I hope I took the pictures correctly.
