  7. The pitting and or rust is what kept me from buying While I’m posting Nagamitsu I am thinking of buying this one so I thought I would get a few opinions It army with 4 kaji To me it looks like a nice clean one but can’t seem to get some better pictures Steve
  8. I got some pictures of the kissaki and boshi Boshi dosnt look to show the hamon continue turned back or not there ? Maybe bad pictures It looks like some minor pitted or stained as well

  14. Is 300 too much not ? Yes if you’re buying a fake If you’re looking for a good sword you need to dig deeper in your pocket because your wasting your time
  15. You helped me make up my mind I think i will wait for nice one with painted scabbard and better hamon It seems the ones I want are too pricey I have to think about resale Thanks to all Steve
  16. Is that a bad thing ? Is it still worth the money as it sits now with wood scabbard and one release button The the kanji has 4 characters but it seems there’s so many variations I’m still sitting on the fence with this one Steve
  17. Here more pictures of the mounts and blade the hamon looks weak but no other issues I was offered 2000 but wood scabbard and weak hamon keeps me from buying although the price seems fair steve

I probably shouldn’t buy from Japan but it seems to have alot of swords for good prices Also many positions I never bought from Japan before but this one struck my interest its NBTHK certificate with the emperor seal Being a short sword reduces price What I really wanted is a NLF type 44 but it’s hard to find one by Nagamitsu in good condition and doesn’t break the bank Dose anyone know about the dealer? dose he sell decent swords and trust worthy? Steve

  21. Actually I’m looking to buy a Nagamitsu sword I searched to see what other opinions about this sword It has to be a Bizen Nagamitsu does the Bizen add value making it a better quality? I know condition is important what’s the value of a Nagamitsu these days Steve
  22. Good not have said it better! Now if I could sell it The polish alone cost more than the sword I know I can’t get what I have into it but for this price I am pretty much giving my sword for free
